We were delighted by the high standard of entries submitted for IDEAs 2010. The judges - Nigel Steffens, CEO of FESPA, Peter Kiddell of PRISM and John Charnock of PR-INT - had the tough task of selecting winners from a very strong global line up and were looking for high-quality graphics that exceeded expectations in terms of creativity and ingenuity.
Each of the 5 available categories were well represented and these included POS/POP Graphics, Display Graphics, Décor, Product Decoration & Speciality Products, and Off the Wall. Each category winner received an IDEA trophy and a VIP trip to Munich to attend FESPA and celebrate their achievement.

The 2010 entrants produced innovative products incorporating a wide array of different materials to meet their customer's specific requirements. The flexibility of Inca UV digital printing enabled companies to produce stunning lenticular walls, children's shoes and toys, cross bows, wood effect furniture, interior décor, urban art, displays, 3D POS and more. Materials used ranged from re-board, acrylic, plastic, aluminium and leather to MDF, Douglas Fir and Plywood.
The sheer range of applications submitted not only demonstrated the inspirational ability of our customers, but also showed the versatility of Inca printers ranging from the very first Inca Eagle, installed in Europe nine years ago, right up to the latest Onset printers.
The winners of an IDEA 2010 were as follows:
